  • Marshmallow Icing Premix 200 g
  • 24 Red Cupcake Casings
  • Red Heart Sprinkle 20 g

What to add: ( Red Velvet Premix 500 g) 

  • Premix 500 g
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml water

What to add to the 200 g marshmallow icing:

  • 100 ml water

Icing Instructions:

  • Thoroughly blend premix with water in a large mixing bowl.
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk for 7 minutes with an electric mixer on a fast setting until mixture achieve stiff peak.
  • Spoon to pipe onto cake or cupcake.
  • Use cooking torch to brown.
